Refunds and Exchanges
To start a return, please contact us at support@squareapple.studio.
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once the item falls out of the return window, we reserve the right to deny the return or exchange. We also reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the merchandise is no longer in sellable condition once it arrives back to us (makeup stains, pet fur, odors like perfume, etc). The customer will be responsible for shipping charges incurred if they would like the item returned back to them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in a sellable condition, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@squareapple.studio.
QUALITY GUARANTEE:
It's not fun if you receive your order and there's damage or issues! If there is a visible quality issue with the product or print error, we will replace or refund it. We want to make sure you love our products!
If you're unhappy with your product or order, or if the item is damaged, we are more than happy to exchange your item(s). Please contact us at here so we can process your exchange.
For any quality issues, please be sure to provide clear photos of the products in question on a flat, well-lit surface. This step will ensure a speedy resolution.
PRE-ORDER POLICY: NO RETURNS. Pre-orders are orders we collect for a duration of time and once they close, we put the order into production. We order blanks and print exactly to order so we don't hold any stock or extras of the pre-ordered item. Due to the nature of pre-ordering, we are unable to offer exchanges or accept returns. All pre-order item sales are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
