WHO ARE WE?
Square Apple Studios is a small goods and apparel shop founded by an artist named Panda in Las Vegas, NV since 2020. It all started off with a love for anime, monster ghouls, and anthro fiends. 

The name Square Apple comes from a direct translation of Panda's Chinese name. They wanted to embrace their roots and bring some of that to their work as well.

We are a two person team, with Panda and their partner working together to get some cool gear out there. You can reach us at hello@squareapple.studio. We're usually off on the weekends and might not be able to get to every email right away but we will get back to you in 1-3 business days.


SHIPPING
We try to package orders 1-3 business days from the order. However, if there is an influx of orders, it may take longer. Pre-orders ship once we receive the goods from our manufacturer.

Domestic packages are sent out through USPS. International orders go through USPS or DHL. Delivery times vary. Please see below for ESTIMATED delivery times. 

> Domestic (within the US):

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 business days
  • USPS First Class: 1-5 business days
  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days
  • USPS Priority Express: 1-2 business days

If you need delivery through other services (FedEx, UPS, etc), please send us a message and we'll try to work with you on other options.

> International (everywhere else):

  • DHL International Express: 1-2 weeks, varies by destination
  • USPS First Class International: 4-5 weeks, varies by destination
  • USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days
  • USPS Priority Express International: 3-5 business days 

International orders - We do not pay for international customs duty and fees, you will be responsible for any additional customs fees that are applied to the order.

APPAREL AND GOODS
Each item has its own sizing chart in the product description, we recommend to always check the sizing chart before making your order. Most of our products are unisex sizing. If you're in-between sizes, we always recommend to size up!

We recommend washing graphic tees and most apparel inside-out on cold, with a low dryer setting.

3D mousepads can be cleaned with a damp cloth. If it's more stubborn, we recommend an unscented bar soap and using a soft bristled brush to scrub the surface gently (do not use a hard-bristled brush as this will damage the fabric).
